We are thrilled to welcome you to this 1st edition of the NewKid Days at VivaTech! Last year, 30 000 visitors attended VivaTech that day alone! đ
Here are some details to help you plan ahead.
When
Doors open to the public [= you need to be here đ] : Saturday, June 20: 9am to 6pm
Setup : Friday, June 19, 6pm onwards (I will give you more details on the window once I have it).
Wrap up : Saturday, 6pm

This is it !
Furniture will be rearranged but overall this is what the lounge will look like! In green, the area for the 10 startups, right at the entrance.
What to bring
your product!!
any device you need to display your product (we wonât provide any) ; make sure they are already charged as much as you can (I canât guarantee they will be able to be on charge altogether at the same time)
your advertising banner (kakemono), as long as it is vertical, standard sizes, and stands on its own (we can not hang anything on the walls)
your best smile and highest energy!!!
Pitch session 12:45-13:45
We are organising a pitch session for founders, on the main stage, during lunch time: 12:45-13:45 đ
Each startup will have 2 min pitch + 2 min questions.
Make sure to be extremely straight to the point đ:
your product
why it matters
who you are (if relevant)
what progress youâve done (if relevant)
what you need : fundraising, child safety expertise,..
There is no need for a presentation, think of it like a first conversation with the jury. However if you need to display a screen as you pitch, there is an horizontal screen in the background (55 inches + HDMI cable).
Pitch can be in French or English, whatever youâre most comfortable with.

There are 2 entrance tickets available for each startups.
I will be sending you invitations through the VivaTech platform the week before the event.
Fyi:
this ticket gets you in on Saturday only
any additional ticket is 20âŹ, you can get them directly on the VivaTech website
